Stay in Good shape?


What do you think is a good and best way to stay healthy?

I've heard "Exercising is the best way" a lot . But we have to sit and study!!!!!!

I am taking a walk every morning, still feeling FATIGUE--;

Give me stronger advice, please

I really want to know how. In fact, it is really challenging to keep a good body shape especially for lovers of food like me. Excercising and dieting are all I know about it. If you get a innovative and really effective way to stay in, please let me know it!!

Hi Kelly,
I also walk for an hour everyday and it gives me lots of energy to keep going all day.
Just keep walking everyday and you'll eventually feel the energy.

I just arrived from the choir practice.

Teachers are amazing. They see, learn and do it right then and there.

Teachers are always teaching something for me.

Hi, Kelly. What a nice woman! I am happy to study with you. When I looked at you first, I thought you would be 20's absolutely.It means many things, you see. For Keeping good shape is walking every day is the best thing, I think. Several years ago, I walked for three hours everyday, Even though the weight is same, tire belly reduced prominently. and Not to overeat.
konwing is easy, but practice is difficult, that is a problem of us. I'll not forget your freshness. See you! from pink lady.
